Just when you thought your bank account was safe, MEGA Brands has released yet another new Halo Mega Bloks set! Sightings of the Halo Mega Bloks Brute Prowler Attack 97004 have started to come in both from the United States and internationally!

We knew that this set was coming from a post last month on the official Mega Bloks site, but we didn’t know when or where it was going to be released. That question has been answered, as the set is now available at many Walmart stores in North America. In the United States, the Brute Prowler Attack 97004 has been sighted at Walmarts on the west coast. In addition, the set has been spotted at multiple Walmarts in Canada. According to the official Mega Bloks site, this set is not exclusive to any one chain, however, and should be available soon at other retailers like Target and Toys R Us.

According to the Walmart website and confirmed by buyer reports, the set is priced at $32.97. The set is similar in both packaging and configuration to the $30 Halo Mega Bloks Covenant Strike set released exclusively at Walmart stores last year.

This is quite a nice set, as it includes an improved Covenant Brute Prowler vehicle with an all-new color scheme, as well as six Halo Mega Bloks figures. The Brute Prowler now has a silver body with good-looking crimson pieces for its secondary color, along with three matching crimson Brute figures. The crimson Brutes will be a great addition to the Crimson Covenant Combat Unit released earlier this year (if you can find it!).

On the UNSC side, you get three figures: a Spartan and two Marines. What’s particularly exciting about these specific UNSC figures, though, is that they’re in the ultra-rare Stealth black color scheme that MEGA Brands rarely uses for its Halo Mega Bloks figures! Previously, we only had a black Spartan Stealth figure in the Halo Mega Bloks UNSC Elephant 96942 set that included a black Recon Spartan figure. The Stealth Marines also look extremely slick.

In addition to the figures and Brute Prowler, the set includes a variety of uncommon and desirable weapons such as multiple Spike Grenades, a Brute Mauler, and the red Plasma Rifle.

The Halo Mega Bloks Brute Prowler Attack 97004 should be making its way across the country and become widely available within the next week or so, so if you want to bolster your Brute or black Spartan Mega Bloks ranks, keep your eyes peeled for this terrific new set!
