McFarlane Toys Halo 3 Campaign Co-Op 4-Pack Released!

With the cancellation this fall of Halo Universe Series 1, fans have been on pins and needles worrying about additional McFarlane Halo Toys being cancelled as well. One set that seemed like a primary candidate for cancellation appeared to be the Halo 3 Campaign Co-Op Figures 4-Pack, a set which literally appeared out of the blue on the official McFarlane Toys website without any fanfare whatsoever.

Halo 3 Campaign Co-Op Figures 4-Pack McFarlane Toys BoxedMonths passed, and no retailers received the set,nor did any online retailers put it up for pre-order. But in a strange turn of events, the Halo 3 Campaign Co-Op 4-Pack of McFarlane Toys figures has finally shown up–not for pre-order, but in-stock and ready for order! You can check out the sale listing for the set on Amazon here.

This set, as you might expect from its name, includes figures of the four characters players controlled when playing 4-player co-op in Halo 3. It includes a Halo Reach-scaled 6″ Master Chief figure, along with three 5″ Halo 3-scale Sangheili Elites: the Arbiter, Usze ‘Taham and N’tho ‘Sraom.

The Arbiter in this set is a minor repaint of the Arbiter figure that was released in Halo 3 Series 2, and only the second Arbiter figure with gold armor that McFarlane Toys has released. It seems a little peculiar to me that McFarlane Toys stuck a larger Master Chief with the trio of Elite figures, but I have plenty of old Halo 3 Master Chiefs I can place with my Co-Op Elites.

For weapons, the set is pretty loaded and includes a Battle Rifle, an Assault Rifle, three Covenant Carbines, three Plasma Rifles, and one Plasma Pistol.

If you want the Halo 3 Campaign Co-Op set, it’s available right now for $49.99 plus no tax and free shipping on Amazon. I haven’t heard about this set being carried by any other stores or online retailers, so this literally may be your only chance to pick this set up. I’ll feature a full review of the Campaign Co-Op set just as soon as I receive my own.

  1. That seems like an odd choice to only scale up Master Chief. It’s also an odd choice to release this after Halo 4. Oh well, I’ve had too many bad experiences with Halo 3 figures to pick this up anyway. I’ll save my money for when my town finally gets Series 1 Extended.
