  1. good to see more carbines, those things can be a pain to find in sets recently.

  2. Nice new figures! Definitely going to get the black mark V. Also, sorry to bother with this again sir, but are you going to make a worst mcfarlane figure list in the near future?

  3. I love halo mega bloks more than every lego set that ever existed, but I must say that lately mega bloks has done a bad job. The colored active-camo things make NO SENSE. I am a fan of stop motion film and while those pieces are truly kinda cool, they would make absolutely no sense in one of my films. I wish they would go back to the old days when the blind packs had a logical active-camo figure. Secondly anyone who plays the games Halo: Reach or Halo 4 could easily notice that every single covenant warrior has a specific color.

    Examples for Reach:
    spec-ops elites = red
    generals = gold
    minors = blue

    Examples for Halo 4:
    Storm elites = indigo/navy blue
    Zealots = red (occasionally navy blue/indigo)

    EVEN GRUNTS HAVE A COLOR BASED ON THEIR RANK!!!!!

    For this reason, most mega bloks Halo sets make no sense. Come on mega bloks, I appreciate the effort, BUT USE YOUR BRAINS.

    But the worst thing of all is that they never made some of the figures. I am sure that I am not the only one who would definitely appreciate a spec-ops elite figure, or the air assault, or the officer. Bungie gave so much opportunity to release some really cool sets with the newer vehicles and armor types when they released Reach And Halo 4. They gave you everything to work with all you needed to do was shrink the size, give a couple weapons, and call it an armory pack!

    And how long does it really take to come out with the new indigo storm elite?! I understand that you have to mass produce to be able to accommodate all the stores and kids, but does it really take this long to think of something to make? Or are you really just being jerks about it and waiting forever just so that everyone’s hyped up?

    Sorry for the rant, I am not mad at those who are just visiting the website and just happen to see this (unless you work for the Halo mega bloks division).

    • I agree, I would have loved to see a spec-ops elite figure, and they most certainly should have made a Reach elite ranger figure.

      • I have no idea what the heck that is, and by the way “Someguy” is all one word.

    • Finally someone who can vouche for the Covey side. The marines/Spartans are cool, but the main reason I play the games is for the kick anus alien dudes. The design team who does these guys is great. Truly a well thought out input, and while I like all the cool colors, I do really enjoy it when they fit in the game. I haven’t bought the spector yet just because the elite guy doesn’t fit in the game.

    • If we got a specific color for each figure, it would be boring, and plus, since green is the official color for Spartans, we would have no ORANGE (think what Dabid would think), no REAP-X colors, no covert ops colors, etc. And some armors have no official colors (eg. Commando, Pilot). And Halo 4 Elites vary in color. And MEGA works very hard on this. They have to design, build, send instructions to factories, ship back to the US, then to retailers. If you don’t like the sets, don’t buy them. I would hate for my pearlescent white Storm Zealot to be red. I like variety. Imagine getting Mk VI Spartans instead of Recon, or Scout, or GUNGIR (coming this fall) or EVA. That would be more boring than the Halo Universe line.

  4. I wish they’d put a storm jackal or storm runt in this series, ’cause I don’t want to have to buy multiple vampires or VTOL sets for those figures.

  5. I like every figure in series 7 but my favorite would be the security Spartan I just hope I’ll be able to find it also I agree that they should make normal active cammo figure’s don’t get me wrong I like color cammo one’s but they should have at least one normal cammo figure

  6. I think they should also make a set not a big one but with just a elite and a ghost theirs only like 5 sets that have a ghost in it and their all expensive because there all part of a big set and the only one similar is one of the first sets but there all expensive to

  7. i live in tucson az i hope that all the new 2013 sets will come as soon as it will go every where eles the newest set i have is the mantis and got it from target but that was 1 out 5 and targets the only place that sells halo mega bloks near by other than a wallgreens

    • I live in tucson too and i found the cobra and some other sets in the el con mall

  8. Good to see they’ve put a Flood Human Combat Form, was beginning to wonder if we’d see them in the future sets
